I was at the scene last night. I was very impressed with the young adults that were first to the scene as they witnessed it going the other direction on 340. They turned their car around and went to help. I was passing by and stopped to help. As a medical professional I was amazed by these individuals who were calm, thoughtful, decisive at this traumatic scene. I believe if they hadn't stopped it would have been difficult to see the accident from the road and the person would have not gotten immediate medical attention. I didn't catch their names but they should get some recognition and praise for being Good Samaritans. This is a testament that there is still so much good among the chaos of our world. If you all see this I thank you and I am was so proud.
